Pre-Work Business Assessment

Before we meet, you’ll complete a business assessment so I can understand where your business is now, what you offer, what feels stuck, and what you want to create over the next 90 days.

This helps us make the most of our strategy time together.

Business Review by Sheena

I will review your business before our strategy day, including the areas most relevant to your growth.

Depending on your business, this may include your offer, website, messaging, pricing, marketing, client journey, consultation process, content, referral pathways, and current capacity.

Full Strategy Day

We will spend up to 6 hours together, with a 1-hour lunch break.

This is dedicated strategy time focused on your business.

The Intensive may be delivered virtually or in person, depending on your location and what makes sense logistically.

A Customized 90-Day Strategy

After the Intensive, you’ll receive a written 90-day action-based strategy outlining your key priorities, recommended next steps, and the areas of focus that will help you move forward with more clarity.

You will not leave with scattered notes and more confusion.

You will leave with a plan.

1 Month of Voxer Support

You’ll receive 1 month of Voxer support after the Intensive for implementation questions, clarification, and support as you begin putting your plan into motion.

Because sometimes the questions come after you start taking action.

The investment for the Business Accelerator Intensive is:

$3,599 + HST

OR

2 Payments of $1800

Payment is due in full or the first of two payments (30 days apart) before the Intensive is scheduled, unless another payment arrangement has been offered in writing.

If you are booking through a workshop participant offer, you may be eligible for a preferred rate for a limited time.

The first step is to book a fit call.

This call is designed to help us determine whether the Business Accelerator Intensive is the right next step for your business.

Step 2: We talk about your business

On the call, we’ll talk about where your business is now, what feels stuck, what you want over the next 90 days, and what kind of support would be most useful.

Step 3: We decide whether it’s a fit

If I believe the Intensive can help you, I’ll walk you through the next steps.

If I think something else makes more sense, I’ll tell you that too.

Step 4: You complete your pre-work

Once your spot is confirmed, you’ll complete your business assessment so I can review your business before we meet.

Step 5: We build your 90-day growth plan

We spend focused time together identifying your primary growth bottleneck and creating a clear plan for your next stage of growth.
